1. Controller

2. Collection and storage of personal data

a) When visiting the website

When you access our website, the browser running on your device automatically sends information to the server hosting our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is recorded:

• IP address of the requesting computer
• Date and time of access
• Name and URL of the retrieved file
• Website from which access is made (referrer URL)
• Browser used and, where applicable, the operating system

The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest in the technical provision and security of the website).

b) When using the contact form

When you send us a message via the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, optionally your telephone number, and your message. The transmission takes place via a server-side script on our web space at ALL-INKL.COM (servers located exclusively in Germany, data processing on commission pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO, see section 4a). From there, the information is forwarded to the office inbox by email and used exclusively to process your request. There is no transfer to third parties and no transfer to third countries.

Legal basis: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (performance of pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (your consent given via the checkbox).

3. Disclosure of data

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.

4. External services

a) Hosting (ALL-INKL.COM)

Our website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When our pages are accessed, information (server log files) is automatically recorded. The provider processes this data on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO. The servers are located exclusively in Germany, and no transfer to third countries takes place. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

b) Fonts (self-hosted)

We use the fonts „Source Serif 4“ and „Source Sans 3“. These are hosted locally on our server and not loaded from external servers (e.g. Google). No data is transferred to third parties.

c) Doctolib

For online appointment booking, we provide a link to the service Doctolib GmbH (Mehringdamm 51, 10961 Berlin). When you click the link, you are taken to the Doctolib website. The data processing there is subject to the privacy policy of Doctolib: www.doctolib.de/privacy-policy

d) Matomo (audience measurement, self-hosted)

On this website we use the open-source web analytics service Matomo to evaluate the use of our website statistically and to improve our offering. Matomo runs exclusively on our own server in Germany (Self-Hosting). Your data stays within our infrastructure, is not passed on to third parties, and is not transferred to a third country. Matomo only processes data once you have given your express consent through our consent notice (cookie banner). Before your consent, no analytics code is loaded and no analytics cookies are set. If you give your consent, the following data is collected and processed. This includes the shortened IP address, the pages accessed and the time spent on them, the date and time of access, the website from which you came to us (referrer URL), as well as the browser and operating system used. Your IP address is shortened by the last two bytes before any processing (2-byte masking). Geolocation is also carried out only in anonymized form. As a result, no conclusions can be drawn about your identity. After your consent, Matomo sets First-Party-Cookies in your browser. _pk_id stores a pseudonymous visitor identifier for recognition and has a lifetime of 13 months. _pk_ses is a short-lived session cookie with a lifetime of 30 minutes. mtm_consent signals to the analytics service Matomo that your consent has been given. The raw data collected with Matomo is automatically deleted after 90 days. The legal basis for storing and reading the cookies on your device is § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG, and for the subsequent processing of your personal data Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (your consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, open the privacy settings via the “Cookie settings” button in the footer and adjust your selection. The lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the withdrawal remains unaffected.

5. Cookies and local storage

For the statistical evaluation of website use, we deploy the web analytics service Matomo after your consent. The details, including the cookies set and your right of withdrawal, can be found in section 4d. In addition, to remember your language choice, we store a technically necessary entry in your browser's local storage (localStorage). It remains on your device, is not transmitted to us, and cannot be used to identify you. Our consent banner also stores a technically necessary cookie (cc_cookie) with a lifetime of up to 182 days, which records your cookie decision so that the notice does not appear again on every visit. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO and § 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG.

6. Your rights

You have the right:

• pursuant to Art. 15 DSGVO to request information about your processed data
• pursuant to Art. 16 DSGVO to request the correction of incorrect data
• pursuant to Art. 17 DSGVO to request the deletion of your data
• pursuant to Art. 18 DSGVO to request the restriction of processing
• pursuant to Art. 20 DSGVO to receive your data in a transferable format (data portability)
• pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO to object to the processing
• pursuant to Art. 7 Abs. 3 DSGVO to withdraw a given consent at any time
• pursuant to Art. 77 DSGVO to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

7. Storage period

Personal data that reaches us via the contact form by email is stored in the office inbox until your request has been fully processed and is then deleted, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise. The raw data collected with Matomo is automatically deleted after 90 days; aggregated evaluations are retained beyond that in anonymized form.

8. SSL encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address line changes from „http://“ to „https://“.
